Out of the Woods is a point of contact for finding suitable therapeutic interventions for children and young people. We offer support and resources for families and organisations as well as training for professionals and courses for parents and carers. Our aim is to inform, educate and provide access to qualified and registered therapists in Cornwall. We are a phone call or email away and offer the guidance you may need to find the right help and support for your child or the children that you work with.

We aim to provide resources to aid in the emotional health of children and young people. This will include

- sets of therapeutic stories that address specific emotional difficulties through the use of symbol and metaphor, that resonate on a deeply healing level.
- sets of creative visualisations that help children to connect to their true selves and develop confidence and resilience.
- play activities for parents that promote connection and build relationship.

We will also be offering a range or courses and CPD training.

- training for schools to build attachment in the classroom and alleviate behavioural difficulties.
- SandStory Skills Practitioner Training. Training for school staff to support children to tell their personal stories and explore their emotions..
- Parent and Child Attachment Play (PCAP)
