Sarah's background is in Art and Design, and children and young person's community projects. Training and applying Play Therapy practices since 2015, she has been able to bring together all her creative skills and therapeutic experiences (from counselling to art therapy, mindfulness, music and movement to story telling and much more.) Sarah loves her work and also enjoys helping and supporting parents and carers in their child's play therapy journey.
Seeing that nature itself is a much needed source of comfort and healing in a tech-heavy world, she believes that when you begin to look and to listen, nature has the most amazing creative and therapeutic resources - all for free! On her days off she can be found in the garden with her cat, or on the beach searching for" treasure".
